RETURNS

There is a deadline of 30 days following receipt of your order to return a product. No merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange without Geneq’s prior written authorization. Only merchandise in its original packaging and/or wrapping can be returned; such merchandise will be subject to an inspection and restocking fees will be charged. Shipping costs for the return must be paid in advance by the buyer.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

GENEQ will grant its customers the standard manufacturer’s guarantee, if such guarantee is available, effective at the time of purchase. GENEQ will provide no other warranty, express or implied, on any other product, part or component not manufactured or repaired by GENEQ.

GENEQ will grant the buyer all advantages arising from the manufacturer’s warranty once an inspection of the merchandise indicates that such merchandise was defective. Any warranty related to the equipment’s performance is limited to the specifications published by the manufacturer.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are never included in the sales price. Unless otherwise instructed, shipments are made as soon as possible following receipt of the order, using a transportation method which, in our judgment, will be the most satisfactory. We reserve the right to make partial shipments if delays beyond our control may postpone a portion of the order. Export shipments that require special packaging may incur an extra packing charge.

DAMAGE/CLAIMS

We take extreme care to package all orders properly. Responsibility for safe delivery is assured by the carrier upon acceptance of shipments. If damages do occur, please report the details to the carrier immediately. Request that shipments be inspected by a carrier representative. Retain all containers and packing materials.
