Our SXPad rugged handheld data collectors are available in Android or Windows Mobile 6.5 for use in a variety of applications on the market.
These rugged handheld data collectors are equipped with main camera, as well as an integrated GPS module. The 3G LTE modem provides a broadband internet connexion.
Geneq Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of the rugged SXPad 1500 data collector to its product line. It features a full alphanumeric QWERTY keypad and long-range Bluetooth, and was designed to meet the rigorous IP67 standard to deal with challenging field conditions. With its integrated cellular modem and Wi-Fi standard, SXPad 1500 offers wireless connectivity for internet access and GIS data transfer.
This feature will be helpful for setting parameters and configuring our SXblue PREMIER and F90 or any RTK-compatible GNSS receiver.
Equipped with an internal memory of 1GB that can be expanded up to 16 GB on an SD card, the SXPad 1500 provides enough storage space for data recording. Users will benefit from its high-performance lithium battery allowing uninterrupted field operation for up to 8 hours.

CAN I USE THE SXPAD AS A DATA COLLECTOR? Yes, the SXpad is designed to operate in both high and low temperatures, making it ideal for working in harsh environments where a phone or tablet simply wouldn't work or would shut down.
HOW DO SXPAD AND SXBLUEGPS WORK? The SXpad and SXblue GPS connect via Bluetooth, and the SXpad receives the data in FieldGenius or another software program, capturing and storing the location for later export to CAD or Shapefile formats, among other popular formats.
